Try changing the OID in the template to
.1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.33.1.2.1.1.2.2.1.15.$ifindex.
sample of output.

I have the same switched and when I do an snmpwalk to this oid I get the
following.
[r...@mrtg ~]# snmpwalk -v 2c -c da1sy blswr7e5a
.1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.33.1.2.1.1.2.2.1.15
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.11.2.3.7.11.33.1.2.1.1.2.2.1.15.1 = STRING: "Blade
Server 751"
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.11.2.3.7.11.33.1.2.1.1.2.2.1.15.2 = STRING: "Downlink2"

Hope this helps. I have not looked at the template yet but will look as it as
time permits.
