Hi all,
I'm working updating to MS4W 5.0 and I ran into an issue enabling FCGI. The map
doesn't load, and when I try to view any of the individual mapserv requests, I
get an 'msLoadConfig(): Unable to access file.' error.
After a bit of digging, it looks like the issue is caused by the (newly
required) ms4w.conf file not being found when fcgi is being used. I added a
line the fcgi IfModule section setting the mapserver config file location
("FcgidInitialEnv MAPSERVER_CONFIG_FILE "/ms4w/ms4w.conf") and things seemed to
work as expected.
I'm mainly mentioning this because I didn't see this in the ms4w fcgi
documentation so it may be useful to add it as an example in the <IfModule>
block, and I also wanted to make sure there weren't any other fcgi directives
that now needed to be set.
