You'll find there's code in the Current event of the Switchboard form that
is setting the form's caption. There's also this code in the Open event:
' Minimize the database window.
DoCmd.SelectObject acForm, "Switchboard", True
DoCmd.Minimize
The SelectObject unhides the database window and the following command
minimizes it. The unhide effectively undoes your Startup option.
