Alright, it must be something "globally" overriding it because I 
copied the DB, deleted the switchboard and table, re-added it and it 
does the same thing.  Start up options are:

Application Title and Application Icon set
Display Icon in Forms and Reports = Yes

Opens to Form Main Switchboard
Display Database Window = No
Display Status Bar = Yes

All menu bars default
Allow Builtin Toolbars and Menu Items = Yes
Allow Shortcut Menus = Yes
Allow Full Menus = Yes
Use Special Keys = Yes

I checked General Declarations and didn't see anything new.  This all 
of a sudden started happening, I didn't add anything other than some 
code that John helped me with & it didn't have anything to do with 
the Switchboard.

This is making me crazy...it looks just like every other DB I've 
done....there must be something tho.
