I have a MS database that calculates the commission for sales people, the branch managers provide me with the sales data and then database (query) calculates the commission. I have about 10,000 or more rows of data every month (in a table), the only problems that I have is sometimes branch managers duplicated the data by mistake for example we have two rows or more of data that are the same (the same Vendor # and Item #) is there anyway that I can make the query to eliminate the duplications.
