I'm fairly new to access. I have a DB created for HR activity. Several fields need to be calculated based on an entry in another field ie, [LastEval] entry to calculate field [nextevaldue] in one year. My desire is to of course have all next due dates calculate automatically. I can do it in the form view but unable to save it to the desired field. There has to be a simple solution. Your help is greatly appreciated.
