I want to write a database to help access control at Sunday School.
Here is how it should work:
Every child has a ID Card with a  ID number on it. The parent will
show this card and when this number is entered, the PC should bring up
the child's record (Name, photo, address etc), and in a column below
all this, Automatically enter the time and date. Then, when the child
leaves, by typing the number in the "Time Out" field, it should log
the time, and save the record. The next Sunday, the same will happen,
but the same record should show up, with a second Date / Time stamp.
I also want reporting capabillities on this.

I would really appreciate some help. I am using Access 2002, but
although I have been using Word and Excell for years, I am new at Access.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
