Mike- How do you plan to determine a Work Order is new?

What I need to accomplish is have a query run every so often that looks for "New" work orders (this I can handle, using the OnTimer event), the next step would then be to have a form "pop up" indicating that there are new work orders entered since the last time the query was run (this is where I'm having difficulty). I only want the form to pop up if there are new work orders when the query is run. If there are no new workorders, then I don't want the form to pop up. Can someone get me started on how to go about accomplishing this task? As usual, thanks for any help/advice in advance :) ================================== Mike Bisson Manager of IT & Logistics Carthuplas, Inc.
