Once you have the table setup like Guy suggests, come back with some
information regarding the table names and field names of your other two
tables and someone can give you some advice about populating the new
table (tblPhotoRecord).  Don't worry that you have to manually input
that information!  <smile>

Firstly, create a new table - tblPhotoRecord as follows:

lngPhotoRecordID        autonumber
RecordID                number (long)
PhotoID         number (long)

Now open relationships and establish one to many relationships (enforce
referenetial integrity) between the Records table and tblPhotoRecord.
Third do the same between the photo table and tblPhotoRecord.

Finally, create sub-forms, based on tblPhotoRecord, in the forms you use
to enter individual record and photo data.
