lists of the first three key-words, to help sort and differentiate
products consistently.
With some help, I was able to create a simple query command to do this
EXCEPT when there is no 2nd or 3rd word (some descriptions are that
way.)
My current query says give me the word left of a " " (space)(that is
now my first keyword) and all of the remaining of the description line
to the right of the " " (space) and create a table. Then I run a new
query against the results of the first, and so on.
In those instances, for example, if there is a 2nd word but no third
word, the query I have will not even return the 2nd word. Insted it
bebecomes blank in the resulting created table.
I believe there mmust be some type of an IFnull command, but I could
not find any help for that in the Access HELP.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
THANKS
