Separating the list into three fields might be a lot easier in Excel.
Convert your spaces to Commas and then under DATA use Text To Columns. Use Comma Separator to make your split.
One^Two^Three
One^^Three
  One^Two
       would become:
  One,Two,Three
  One,,Three
  One,Two
      which would drop into Columns A B and C.
  Import those columns into Access.
