Unless you define bound controls in the detail section, you won't see any
data. And if the record in the outer form has no related records in the
subform, you might not see the headers either if the Record Source of the
subform is not updatable. When you open a form on a non-updatable recordset
that has no records, the form will appear blank. What is the Record Source
of your subform?

I do not have bound controls defined in the detail section.
What is happening, is I am creating a subform. Then using the heading for
the
subform to place a label in. When going to form view, this label is not
visible.
