Well Beth, you get what you pay for. Having a tutor can really speed up your
learning.

You can also check into college courses, lectures and community learning
centers. They often have classes and charge very reasonable fees.

I have found someone in my area that knows it..but they want to charge me
alot of money to learn it..we are NON profit org..and need free help!!
But i need someone who can teach me in front of my computer..thats the only

It may depend on what you want to achieve at the end of the day. You haven't
told us exactly what you expect from Access but I can confidently tell you
that Access can do almost any database-related tasks however complex. If you
are able to get the expected results from your old program as you say then
Access can give you the same results but possibly with minimum effort and a
better user interface.

Hello I am a volunteer for a NON PROFIT ORG..in IN...
I need to be able to talk to someone to see if access is the right 
progam for our org. Right now we have our data base in an OLD program 
called Q & A. I need to find out if access will do all the stuff that 
we need to do..i have found someone in my area..but she wants to 
charge an arm and leg to teach me
