OWC10.DLL means you are using Office Web Controls, generally if you are not using DAP pages, you can remove this reference or you will have to download and install from MS site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=982b0359-0a86-4fb2-a7ee-5f3a499515dd&DisplayLang=en
