go to properties of file and remove read only click.

I tried to burn a copy of a datbase application (*.mdb) to use on
another computer. When I tried to open it, it was read only - I can't
add data or make changes. This could present a bit of a problem.
Both computers are running Windows XP, and the Access version is 2003
(as far as I can tell).
Oh, and I got the "Microsoft Access database
or project contains a missing or broken reference to the
file 'OWC10.DLL'
version 1.1." message, too.
Any suggestions?
