Actually, the group moderator or owner can determine the attachment settings. I don't know the default setting offhand, but most groups don't allow attachments because they sometimes contain viruses. If you go to the group home page (linked at the bottom of every message) you can easily upload files to the section called "Files." Brad [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
