Thanks for the fix of Windows builds.
I also managed to compile and run MuseScore with Qt5.0.2 (and also Qt5.1.0
from MinGW-builds).
I found that, after deleting Qt from the system PATH, I have to add the
following dlls to wininstall32/bin folder to make MuseScore run:
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\icuin49.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\icuuc49.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\libGLESv2.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\libEGL.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\Qt5OpenGL.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\Qt5Multimedia.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\Qt5MultimediaWidgets.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\icudt49.dll
C:\Qt\Qt5.0.2\5.0.2\mingw47_32\bin\D3DCOMPILER_43.dll

Debug build, MinGW 4.7.2 Qt 5.0.2, Windows 8, rev. 4b70dbb.

While for the Qt5.1.0 from MinGW-builds the list of files to be added is
different (I tried with the revision before the QtDeclarative dependence was
deleted, so the list is much longer; if needed, I will try to compile again
against the new revision and check the needed dll).

I found another strange effect: after closing the last score by clicking on
the X of the tab (for example, just after MS starts, close the demo score),
the score, as expected, disappears, but the navigator still shows a score
and the old tab is not cancelled, even if the X button disappears.
The "dock" and "close" buttons of the palette are different from before (and
black).
I think that also the texts of the text buttons (Page View, titles of tabs)
are in slightly positions than the previous version.

Ciao,
ABL
