MuseScore 2 is ready for El Capitan. You can download the MuseScore 2.0.2
DMG, install and run MuseScore 2. So far, nobody reported a problem with
that. That's the message on Facebook, towards users, not developers.

There is no mention anywhere that MuseScore can be compiled on El Capitan
and that development is possible on this platform for now.
That's being said, I don't know if your compilation problem is linked to El
Capitan or not. You solved the  MacOSX10.11.sdk issue? What's the next
error you got?
