I think the warnings in the log file from "make -f Makefile.osx xcode" are related to a small (non influential) bug which was solved in Qt 5.4.1. You could consider upgrading your Qt installation.
Unfortunately, I can't understand the error found during compilation. As a wild guess, maybe it is trying to use dependencies compiled in the old OS: Can you try to re-install the dependencies (via Homebrew or MacPorts, as you prefer)? When exactly does the error appear?
