Yes, but you are stuck with the current language features etc. But I guess that is not the end of the world, because Scooter Software (creators of the awesome Beyond Compare product) use Kylix 3 Professional for their Linux builds. A developer there told me they have recompiled the Kylix RTL with some of their own fixes, and use Qt3 (not the Qt2 included with Kylix).
