No. If to run mseide under root and compile any project, then *.o and *.ppu haves non-writable permissions for users. If mseide is installed, then *.o and *.ppu files must be created in $HOME or another place (see lazarus). Maybe needs new option. Mseide must not have permissions to write in msegui/lib.
