Correct. Although it must be stressed that not "MSEide or MSEgui" violates the 
license but MSEide+MSEgui users who distribute with Delphi compiled MSEide 
and maybe MSEgui applications. Additionally it is questionable if "compiling" 
= "developing".
BTW, MSEide+MSEgui Delphi compatibility has been dropped since a while. Delphi 
7 compatibility was solely maintained in order to provide a good benchmark 
application for FPC. I learned that the FPC community does not like such 
comparisons. ;-)
So I stopped to spend time on the task to support FPC and started MSElang 
instead.
