You use a edDirectory : tfilenameedit, nice, but did you try with a tfilenameeditX in tab "FileDialogX" of MSE component palette ? It would be fantastic if, for the FileDialogX widgets, the default "image" icon would be a icon of the content of picture file, it will be a preview of the image and easier to select.
