It's just that I had some gripes with some of msegui's dialogs, which due to the concept of a "controller" to handle a few of them, originally had no means to "control" their behaviour beyond what's built into that controller. This notably applies to the file dialog, but also "affected" are the color and font dialogs. Although that's completely in line with what Lazarus provides, I was not contended and searched for a way to circumvent the restrictions. In the end, I extended the basic dialog form by a general "execute" function, and the controller's execute so that they can be passed a preset form to use. This has two advantages to me: First, I can read it off line, as my computer is set up to perform email and news correspondence in the background automatically, and secondly, I can read it as a news group via the translation server "gmane", that provides this service to quite a number of generally available mailing lists. I'm afraid I will disappoint you in this respect, as I must say that I do not at all use this directly, only as much as the mechanism is already built into msegui's internals. I just skimmed through the contents of the german version while searching something, and found a couple orthograpic errors, and then, some "unusual" wordings as well.
