Yes, that is wanted so. These (previous) conditionals aren't really
needed, the declarations are valid and can be used with both lines of
code.

They may not be needed internally to the unit, but they are used by a
couple projects I dealt with, They are used internally with the
"mse_dynpo" line, though, and they are used in your "po2array" unit(s),
so I thought it might be not too bad an idea to provide them for
non-mse_dynpo projects as well, especially as they're just nil pointers
if unused. I don't require them, you can remove them for the
non-mse_dynpo line if you want, just remove the two dots (period
characters).
