Hum, good question...
Why did I do this?
Sadly I dont have a real Windows machine to test it now.
It is used in the fonst-grid, for the fixed row, as title, to sum all the
compatible fonts installed on the system when you select a language.
But why I removed the total number of fonts for Windows, I dont remember, maybe
I forgot to remove the {$ifndef windows} .
I need a Windows mahine to check this.
