That is correct but the  command would be Get-SCOMPendingManagement

try powershell, I think you want get-agentpendingmanagement cmdlet if I am not 
mistaken but verify that first, it will show you everything in pending 
management and youo can use approve-agentpndingmanageement cmdlet (again if I 
am not mistaken) for individuals or all

Greetings ....

SCOM2012 R2 - for various reasons such as Workgroup/Non trusted domains, etc... 
that we have a few manual scom agents install ... whether new manual installs 
or existing ones no longer worked and need a reinstall, they are all manually 
install/reinstall just fine on the client sides but they "no longer" shown up 
in Pending Management queue for approval.  Some basic tests such as connecting 
to port 5723 just fine, etc...  Really appreciate any pointers you may have 
where to check next.
