Thanks; the patch you sent me fixes the problem on the 5438.

No go on the FG4618.  In fact, the mainline mspdebug doesn't seem to have
any mention of that chip, and the -id command isn't supported.  Is git://
mspdebug.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/mspdebug/mspdebug still the repository
to track?
