Yeah, I will recommend to switch to 3.2.1 with msp430 sources taken from CVS. Actually since first win release only two minor bugs were fixed.
I also recommend to get binutils from redhat's website. Get current binutils snapshot. This is stable. ~d P.S. also, I'm working on gcc3.4 port, but at the moment it is not ready.
