Hi!
Has anybody used the internal temperature sensor of the adc10 module? I
want to use it as a thermal protection for a product.
The problem I see is the following: its specification say that the
voltage at 0°C is 986mV+-5%, and that its TC is 3.55mV/°C. From that I
conclude I can have a 0° measure +-14°C. Of course it would need
calibration then, but I can´t find any specs relative to its time
stability. I mean, if I read today 980mV for 0°C, what can I expect to
be read in a couple years from now?
The same question holds for the internal reference votage...
