this group.

The maximum drift over life time is within the calculation +/-
49.3mV which is a range of about 100mV. To get acceptable results
you should calibrate the temperature sensor from time to time. But
we do not have exact data for this parameter. The same applies to
the internal voltage reference.
If you would like a high accuracy temperature sensor then, I would
suggest using an external sensor, like PT100.
