Any chance of getting a new build of the Win32 version of the compiler/toolset?

Subject: [Mspgcc-users] updated downloads for examples and pybsl/pyjtag/win32

i have updated the installer downloads of *pybsl* and *pyjtag* for
win32. the old ones did not have the right name for the executable. it's
now as it should be "msp430-jtag" repectively "msp430-bsl".

i also uploaded a new snapshot of the *examples* as zip and tgz file.
(version 0.5) this adds some more examples from TI as well as a small
fix for win32 w/o cygwin in some makefiles.
