Does anyone have experiences with the device MSP430F2131?
The 2x series is not yet supported in msp430-jtag. Their JTAG interfaces has some small changes, but the application note describing flash programming has not yet been updated. as msp430-jtag is completly open source, i have to wait for the information to be publicly available.
as John sugested, the latest gdbproxy is able to program them in the meantime.
