In a similar vain, I was trying to develop on a F42x0 with the TI CCE
package a bit ago, and it doesn't seem to work that well, either- I
was having luck getting it to prgoram through all TI-stuff, but only
with power cycles between each attempt, and the debugger itself kept
halting and crashing after a halt- The 42x0 wasn't totally reliable
with TI's tools as of about a month ago.
