Did you ever get this figured out? I get the same message when trying
to use the Olimex Tiny USB JTAG device with the latest (1.013) drivers
and DLLs from Olimex. My target is MSP430F449. When I drop back to
older Olimex software (OLIMEX MSP430 USB drivers 1.00.4.zip) msp430-jtag
works but the above msp430-gdbproxy error remains. I see the error
string in msp430-gdbproxy.exe but have not found a sourcc-code module
that contains this string.
