There may be other ways as well, but using a parallel interface
and the "mspgcc" backend makes msp430-jtag work (I don't think
mspgdb-proxy will work though).

The scheme TI came up with for USB jtag adapter firmware and
libraries is a complete mess. Somebody should be flogged with
a USB cable.
