That's what the Wiki is for - just write such things down, possibly
creating a /new/ page BuildDependencies or similar and create a link to
it in a place where you would have seen it when reading the instructions.

However, do note that there's a huge variety across distributions beyond
what the LSB (Linux Standards Base) describes, particularly with respect
to package names, so expect this to be a neverending effort.
