Hi, The same "accident" happened to me as well (the "uif-bsl" instead of "uif") and I used this tool to fix it:
Elprotronic FET-Pro430 http://www.elprotronic.com/fetpro430.html The only problem is that it can only run in windows. At the bottom of the page there's a link to the download page, then look for the "TI MSP430" section. Or use this direct link: http://www.elprotronic.com/files/FET-Pro430-Lite-Setup.zip I don't remember exactly what menus I used, but I remember the interface was pretty self-explanatory and it took me no longer than 10 minutes to figure it out.
