I would like to second Daniel's comment about building from source. It's a
little tedious, but not hard. The mpsgcc toolchain build is a bit messy, but
there are sound reasons for it being the way it is. Hopefully this will
improve w/ TI support.

If you depend upon someone else to build your toolchain for you, you'll get
what you deserve, but probably won't like it. If you're having problems w/ a
bug in an old version, you will be asked to update to the current version
before anyone will be willing to take your problem seriously.

Prebuilt binaries are fine for things you make little use of. Things you make
heavy use of you should build from source. You should also take the time to
understand why the tools are structured the way they are. There *will* come a
time when it matters.

Have Fun!
