No, 20120406 was correct.

The only supported combinations are ones that come in an mspgcc package as
posted in the Files area on SourceForge:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mspgcc/files/mspgcc/

Also look in the sibling Patches directory for fixes to known problems with
stable releases.
