That's the thing, not even that!

Those linker files still store the actual program mashine code (.text
segment) in non-volatile on-chip (flash)ROM - just the .data segment is
loaded into volatile RAM - so even IF there was such an OS, it would
still make no sense, as there's nothing gained by that even under that
premise.
