Hi, I'm moving from to msp430g2553 from msp430f5438a and after some work I have a clean compile. However I'm getting this linker error. Linking and running are still okay with the previous chip.
msp430-gcc -o main.elf main.o uart.o ADC.o Timer.o Xref.o -Os -Wall -g -mmcu=MSP430g2553 /usr/lib/gcc/msp430/4.6.3/../../../../msp430/bin/ld: cannot open linker script file memory.x: No such file or directory collect2: ld returned 1 exit status Makefile:11: recipe for target 'main' failed make: *** [main] Error 1 I have memory.x files for both chips in /usr/msp430/lib/ldscripts/msp430f5438a/memory.x and in /usr/msp430/lib/ldscripts/msp430g2553/memory.x. I'm using DebianMint 2015 so I'm up to date there. I've added the contents of the memory.x files below. I hope you can help me.
