AFAIK ... 5.0 SP1 has same prereqs as 5.0. Install .Net 4.5 instead of 4.0.
Also needs Visual C++ 2010 & Visual C++ 2005 SP1 ... they may need to match the "bitness" of your OS (or install both bit versions). When I looked into it ... think we installed KB2758857 ... which supersedes KB2567680, which has newer files than KB2533623. But if KB2533623 is not in SUP anymore ... just install it as a Package/Application in your Task Sequence to be sure.
