Find the process path from task manager then you can shortcut the exe

I tried that but it is a click once application and I can’t figure it out.  
That is what I do with all of my other apps that I need to run with that ID, 
like the console.

Possibly use the runas.exe command?

Anyone know how to make the new Client Center always run as a different 
account?  We are required to use an alternative account to manage workstations 
and I have to supply my credentials every time I use it.  I just want it to 
retain my alternate account.
