http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3612171/how-to-specify-user-credentials-f
or-a-click-once-application

TLDR

1.- Click once:

runas /user:domain\user
"c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\dfsvc.exe"

2.- Launch app:

runas /user:domain\user "rundll32
c:\Windows\System32\dfshim.dll,ShOpenVerbApplication
http://someurl.com/tool.application";

Note that you only need to run dfsvc.exe once if you need to launch multiple
apps and it will go away after a while once you close all your impersonated
click once applications.

I tried that but it is a click once application and I can't figure it out.
That is what I do with all of my other apps that I need to run with that ID,
like the console.

Possibly use the runas.exe command?

Anyone know how to make the new Client Center always run as a different
account? We are required to use an alternative account to manage
workstations and I have to supply my credentials every time I use it. I
just want it to retain my alternate account.
