Do you have any subnets defined in AD sites and services?  Does the CM server 
have rights to read them?

There are no errors in the ADForestDisc.log, but I did find this:

"Raising discovery success status message for forest rvc.local, in which we 
discovered 1 site(s) and 0 subnet(s)."

We don't have additional VLAN routing in our environment.
