I've never tried, but the dialog box certainly looks like it will allow you to and the text in the dialog also eludes to being able to.

I have another domain with its own CA and was wondering if I could just autoenroll all of the clients there in their own domain's CA, then load that domain's CA into CM12, and have them successfully communicate with my CM12 server. I can't find much specifically about this on the web, and thought I'd ask you wise sages.
