I've never tried, but the dialog box certainly looks like it will allow you
to and the text in the dialog also eludes to being able to.

Anybody know off hand if you can import more than one CA cert chain in the
Client Computer Communication tab in an SCCM 2012 site properties and have
clients using that CA chain communicate with SCCM properly?  I have another
domain with its own CA and was wondering if I could just autoenroll all of
the clients there in their own domain's CA, then load that domain's CA into
CM12, and have them successfully communicate with my CM12 server.  I can't
find much specifically about this on the web, and thought I'd ask you wise
sages.
