Absolutely! Could the OP check the security for the site?

True, but could verify?

You'll want to make any security changes from the CM console...

You probably already did this but, what about the permissions here in SSRS:

Is that after adding the site to the trusted sites within IE too? Do you have
GPO setting to control IE?

What do you mean by "all other users are unable to access reports through the
console", can we assume that you have granted them access to the reports within
CM12? Can they access everything else within the console?

Still no go using the FQDN. It's the same result whether accessing it from the
site server or remotely.

Is this one the site server or from a remote PCs? Have you added the FQDN into
the Trusted Site within IE?

Subject: [mssms] Permission issue accessing reports

Got a drama with reporting that I'm not able to resolve. When trying to access
the reports through a browser, I'm getting prompted to authenticate and I
cannot provide a user that is accepted.

If I run the console as the user I used to install and configure
ConfigMgr/SQL/SSRS I can run reports through the console; all other users are
unable to access reports through the console. A final twist on the issue, the
aforementioned user that can access the reports through the console is not able
to access the reports through the browser.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Daniel.
