Correct. That's the only way to get ConfigMgr to prompt also. Note that this 
changes in 2012 with applications with an intelligent reboot based upon return 
code.

I just want to clarify, so if the 'After Running' setting is set for ConfigMgr 
to Restart, ConfigMgr is supposed to restart the computer regardless if the 
package requires it or not?
